In order to comprehensively modernize their application landscapes, the pension funds Pensionskasse der Caritas VVaG (PKC) and Kölner Pensionskasse VVaG i.L. (KPK) have opted for standard software from adesso insurance solutions' in|sure Ecosphere product family. PKC and KPK have also signed long-term maintenance agreements. The implementation project was launched on April 1, 2022 and is planned to run for almost two years. The aim is to keep the system landscape and the processes sustainable in the long run and to use additional strategic potentials for the new business models of the two German pension funds.

The Supervisory Board of adesso SE has extended the contracts of Executive Board members Andreas Prenneis and Jörg Schroeder. The reappointment is a testament to the success of the pair of Executive Board members and is a clear commitment to continuity in the ongoing development of the rapidly growing company. By extending the contracts ahead of time, the Supervisory Board is providing the necessary planning security for the future.

In the future, Barmenia Krankenversicherung AG will be using in|sure Health Claims, the claims management software from adesso insurance solutions, for processing private health insurance claims.

Retresco, a Berlin-based company, and IT service provider adesso, which is headquartered in Dortmund, have embarked on a strategic partnership in which they will be leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to advance language-based processes in corporate settings.

Grundeigentümer-Versicherung (GEV) has teamed up with IT service provider adesso to modernise the front-end architecture of its sales portals. The project is an important strategic step towards improving GEV’s sales channels and communication with contract partners.

Developing and/or configuring software using low-code platforms is also becoming increasingly popular in the financial sector. For its banking sector, IT service provider adesso has now entered into a partnership with fintus GmbH in Frankfurt. This will enable it to increase the benefits of a low-code banking platform for customers. The cooperation focuses on realizing optimisation potentials with the digital workplace of the future.

adesso insurance solutions GmbH, a subsidiary of adesso SE, has acquired a majority stake in pension strategy consultants RIES Corporate Solutions GmbH, expanding adesso Group’s expertise in the areas of company pension schemes, working time accounts and partial retirement programmes. The integration of legal, strategic, business and actuarial advisory services, as well as insolvency protection and administration, rounds off the Group’s current service offering centred on the existing in|sure CollPhir software solution.
