The knowledge transfer process is the central building block of our IT-Shore approach. In every project of this kind, we begin with this process to give you, the client, the opportunity to personally verify the abilities of our specialists and to form an effective team in the process.
Ideally, the project kick-off will take place at your premises so that everyone involved can get to know each other personally and discuss the important first steps. After one or two weeks, our offshore teams will continue working from their respective locations. After about four to five weeks, we will meet again at your premises to discuss the initial results and make any adjustments that may be necessary.
