SENtrack: Telematics solution for mobile excavators, telescopic forklifts and cranes

The project basis clearly showed that the previous standard solution from SENNEBOGEN had reached its performance limits. In particular, managing the relatively complex dealer and customer structures presented a challenge. The aim was therefore to merge various applications and implement additional functionalities and integrate them into the existing IT infrastructure.

To overcome these challenges, we developed the telematics solution SENtrack together with SENNEBOGEN. This solution not only enables data to be recorded and analysed in real time - by integrating it into the mySENNEBOGEN customer portal, customers benefit from additional data-based offers and services as well as networking between the integrated modules.

Transparency in the machine park

SENtrack works like a virtual machine fleet: users have an overview of the entire fleet and the utilisation of the machines at all times, whereby the view and the displayed machine list can be individually configured. In addition, current operating and statistical data, service requirements and the entire message history can be viewed.

Service management and theft protectio

With just a few clicks, maintenance requirements can be determined, maintenance documented and individual maintenance appointments scheduled. A special service is the integrated theft protection: defined time windows (time fence) and movement frames (geo-fence) make it possible to receive automatic messages if machines are used outside these movement patterns. In the event of theft, the current location can be queried and analysed and the speed of the machine's movements can be reduced. In this way, misuse of the machine can be prevented.

By integrating SENtrack into mySENNEBOGEN, customers not only benefit from the advantages of the telematics solution, but also from the provision of machine data for functions of other SENNEBOGEN applications.
