To be even better prepared for the increasing digitalisation of the insurance sector, “Münchener Verein Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG” (Münchener Verein) will be using the standard software package offered by adesso insurance solutions GmbH for its composite policies in future. After launching in|sure PSLife for portfolio and claims management for life insurance and in|sure Partner for partner management, with in|sure General, the insurance group is now introducing a further component of the in|sure comprehensive IT package. Apart from licence purchasing, the remit includes providing services for launching, migrating the entire contract portfolio, and a multiple-year maintenance contract. By the beginning of 2018, adesso insurance solutions GmbH will provide its solution for productive use in the field of accident insurance. All other areas of composite insurance will then follow successively.

Mobile Retter e.V. is an association dedicated to improving the first aid provided to people in life threatening situations using an app-based alarm system. Now the association is receiving strong support from the Microsoft Group and its technology partner adesso. Together the two IT companies have stepped up to develop and modernise the first responder communication system for “mobile rescuers” and emergency call centres throughout Germany.

The Bavarian State Ministry of Justice has entrusted the design and new development of its central specialist system for the management of junior lawyer training and legal state examinations in Bavaria. adesso AG has been awarded a contract by the North-Rhine Westphalian State Office for Information and Technology (IT.NRW) for a project for migrating existing systems as part of a Europe-wide call for tenders. The project, which is to be implemented by the end of 2018, has a contract volume of roughly EUR 3.2 million.

The adesso AG Supervisory Board has decided to prematurely extend the contracts of Executive Board members Christoph Junge (47) and Andreas Prenneis (52), which were set to expire in 2017 and 2018. Both Junge and Prenneis have already signed their extensions, which now run through to the end of 2022 and start of 2023 respectively.
