The merger of Postbank and Deutsche Bank meant that regulatory requirements had to be implemented. These included, among other things, requirements regarding risk management and a reporting system for customers of both banks. Within this context, processes that routinely merged customer information from both banks had to be implemented. On top of that, customers belonging to both banks had to be analysed from various perspectives (such as their credit default risk or advertising potential).
adesso supported Postbank in tests for the implementation and extension of shared customer comparisons and created different analyses for shared customers.
