CarGarantie was planning the development of a company-wide BI system, which involved the following requirements:
- Operational control of contract and claims management as well as sales force management
- KPIs for the executive board and top management
- Manufacturer and customer reporting and customer control
- Controlling: accounting and risk management
adesso supported CarGarantie with strategic and technical coaching in the planned implementation of these requirements as well as with a concept for DWH and communication structures (BICC). The BI teams on the customer side were able to benefit from the best practices offered by adesso’s experts in the areas of setup, development and operation. Not only that, but adesso also supported the structuring of requirements management as well as the optimisation of technical processes.
