In his new role as CMO, Stangenberg will expand adesso’s brand positioning and take on a variety of tasks, including driving forward campaign management with the systematic integration of sales and content marketing. Stangenberg will report directly to Chief Sales Officer Oliver Schobert.
The 53-year-old marketing and corporate communication expert has more than 20 years of experience in marketing management at international technology, telecommunications and IT companies. Stangenberg’s most recent position was as head of marketing and communications at Atruvia, the IT service provider of the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe. As part of the agile repositioning of the company, he was responsible for the development and establishment of the new corporate brand, as well as the digitalisation and optimisation of marketing processes. Prior to that, Stangenberg held management positions in corporate communications, brand and public affairs at United Internet, ista and Deutsche Telekom.
