For the perfect fan experience: adesso services now also available for EVENTIM.Tixx ticketing solution
IT service provider adesso and CTS EVENTIM have announced a technology partnership which will see adesso offer services and insights for the EVENTIM.Tixx ticketing solution. The two companies, successful digitalisation partners of sports clubs, associations, arenas and event organisers from the sports and festival sector, have collaborated on various projects in the past. Thanks to the closer cooperation in the DACH region and all other target markets, the adesso Sports Platform is now part of the EVENTIM.Tixx Product Suite as an optional partner solution, a modular product platform consisting of software-as-a-service solutions for ticketing, merchandising, customer relationship management (CRM) and more. EVENTIM.Tixx functionalities will also be integrated into the adesso Sports Platform app.

Real benefits for providers and fans
The integration of the platforms via interfaces will offer significant advantages in future, particularly for the numerous existing customers of the two technology partners, including well-known clubs, leagues, associations and other customer groups from the sports and entertainment industry. They benefit from the opportunity to make their processes more efficient and tap into additional business potential, for example in the form of new monetisation options. Fans also benefit from the partnership: the harmonised platforms give them simplified access to all essential club information and services, such as tickets, memberships, merchandising and more.
