adesso congratulates customer VPV Versicherungen on winning the German Brand Award 2023

The German Brand Award makes brand success visible. The latest example of this is adesso’s customer VPV, whose HR project AREA has just helped it win the Award for Excellence in Brand Strategy and Creation 2023 in the “Employer Branding Activities and Campaigns” category. adesso supported VPV in this endeavour as its digitalisation partner and congratulates the company on this special recognition of its brand.

VPV’s AREA project describes the agile process aimed at optimising recruitment, onboarding and agency development in VPV’s sales organisation. Using design thinking methods, the career path for sales professionals at VPV was completely overhauled in collaboration with adesso and aligned with the insurer’s brand values. The judging panel for the German Brand Award 2023 praised the new approach for “focusing on the needs of applicants without losing sight of the brand or the people”.

When developing AREA, VPV employed innovative and agile methods together with its consultant and digitalisation partner adesso, which supported the project from the outset in terms of both strategy and content. The centrepiece of AREA, the GDPR-compliant messenger service “Trust-IT-Box”, was also developed with the help of digital experience experts from adesso.

German Brand Award

The winners of the German Brand Award 2023 were crowned at a ceremony in Berlin on 15 June. The competition is open to companies, agencies, service providers and marketeers, as well as non-commercial and government organisations from all sectors around the world. The entrants are selected by the expert committees of the German Design Council. The judging panel and organisers are independent, and the assessment criteria are communicated openly. The more than 1,200 submissions each year and the positive response from a broad range of companies, agencies and service providers show how much interest there is in honouring excellent brand management.
