VPV’s AREA project describes the agile process aimed at optimising recruitment, onboarding and agency development in VPV’s sales organisation. Using design thinking methods, the career path for sales professionals at VPV was completely overhauled in collaboration with adesso and aligned with the insurer’s brand values. The judging panel for the German Brand Award 2023 praised the new approach for “focusing on the needs of applicants without losing sight of the brand or the people”.
When developing AREA, VPV employed innovative and agile methods together with its consultant and digitalisation partner adesso, which supported the project from the outset in terms of both strategy and content. The centrepiece of AREA, the GDPR-compliant messenger service “Trust-IT-Box”, was also developed with the help of digital experience experts from adesso.
