LOTTO Hamburg was engaged in an ongoing project to replace their hardware and software. The objective was to replace them with new lottery terminals and a new microservice-oriented lottery suite. The project was in the customising phase when a shortage of resources occurred due to an extended user acceptance phase. It was at this point that adesso was asked to provide support.
The workload for the various specialist departments was expected to increase when the new system went live. adesso supported LOTTO Hamburg in the areas of test management and test support.
