In the first phase, the focus was on consolidating the technical implementations and creating a uniform knowledge base in order to be able to focus on new requirements later on. The CRM was expanded to include marketing features such e-mail marketing, campaign management and segmentation. It now consists of the modules D365 Sales and D365 Marketing. There are currently over 200 active or regular CRM users.
Among other things, the project objectives included:
- Expanding and establishing new features and functionalities for sales and marketing processes
- Optimising sales and activity management
- Developing a professional software development process that includes staging and automatic deployment processes (DevOps)
- Designing and developing a training app
- Implementing high-priority topics from the product backlog
- Setting up a multiple-tier infrastructure to improve software quality
- Planning and developing a CRM strategy for the coming years and providing change management
