#1 What we offer
Preparation and delivery of a one-day Envisioning Workshop (remote or on site) based on the Microsoft Catalyst approach to develop a roadmap for your customer centricity.
#2 The process
The workshop is divided into two parts. The first step is a maturity assessment that focuses on your customers. In the second step, innovative ideas are evaluated with regard to customer dialogue and customer experience based on the design thinking method.
#3 The result
You will receive a collection of new ideas and opportunities, captured in a deliverable artifact that will serve as the foundation for the next phases of the I.D.E.A. framework. The output includes a roadmap with detailed instructions for action to accelerate your digital transformation towards customer centricity.
