adesso relies on the Google Cloud platform in customer projects

For its new Google Cloud Competence Center, adesso has brought on board an experienced, well-coordinated team of Google Cloud experts who have been working together successfully in the environment of Google Cloud projects for many years. These sought-after specialists are some of the first Google-certified machine learning professionals in the German-speaking region. Together with adesso's digital experience experts, who are on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), adesso plans to expand its Google core team from currently around 40 to some 100 certified specialists by the end of this year. In this way, adesso can bundle the know-how of Google Cloud and GMP and use synergies in the development of solutions.

adesso’s cloud services expertise spans the areas of Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, Cloud Architecture and Migration, SAP on Google Cloud, Cloud-native Development, Mobile Solutions, Google Marketing Platform, Google Maps, Google Cloud Search and IoT. Cloud services already developed by adesso for customers include a mobile PoS solution in the consumer environment, the digitalisation of a historical archive with over 180 million documents, and a highly scalable solution for a company that disburses coronavirus aid.

The machine learning and cloud experts from adesso have also already been deployed at Surplex GmbH, a company for online auctions for used industrial machinery. Here, they supported the development of the auction platform for used machinery by digitalising the entire data acquisition process in the cloud, including Natural Language Understanding. Surplex project manager Dr. Heico Koch is very pleased with the professional project implementation: "Combining our business requirements with adesso's machine learning expertise enabled completely new solution approaches to emerge in our project and the result is brilliant.
