adesso opens office in Koblenz

adesso is set to open its first office in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate on 1 March, with a brand-new site in Koblenz. As part of its continued growth strategy, the international IT service provider is expanding its presence on the domestic market with its 33rd office in Germany. The new office will allow adesso to increasing its proximity to current customers and potential new business in the region and target SMEs, corporations and public institutions with its portfolio of services in IT consulting, software development and IT operations. Customers will benefit from adesso’s expertise as an experienced partner in digital transformations and IT modernisation, as well as in the use of artificial intelligence, data and analytics, and cloud technologies.

Strengthening the local economy

The new adesso site in Koblenz will create new jobs for highly qualified IT specialists with industry-specific specialisation and technological expertise in a number of different fields, including enhancing and establishing business models and the necessary modernisation of IT landscapes.

“Nationally and internationally connected companies are the backbone of the economy in Rhineland-Palatinate. With our expertise, we can ensure that these companies remain ahead of the competition on technology,” says Anton Arnst, the manager of adesso’s Koblenz office. “Our new office in Koblenz allows us to create and secure highly qualified jobs in the region and contribute to the development of Rhineland-Palatinate as a great place to do business.”

With over 500 square metres of office space, the centrally located office adjacent to Koblenz main station is well equipped for further growth. As a result, a partnership with the Koblenz-Remagen University of Applied Sciences is already on the agenda, with offers such as combined vocational training courses under consideration. Further collaborations with educational institutions ranging from public schools to private universities in the region are being planned.
