Our IT consultants hold the reins. They familiarise themselves with the process analyses and the process (re)design of our clients’ key business processes. They control the requirements engineering of the current and future IT systems. They also analyse projects and define the technology, technology stacks and development environments.

Finally, an adesso IT consultant is wholly responsible for test management and will also assess IT security using either the BSI (German Federal Office for Information Security) standard or ISO 27000.

We use the OCEB 2 model (using BPMN and UML) for our process analyses. We also use the IREB requirements engineering model and follow the ISTQB model for test management. Our IT consultants use the Delphi method when directing discussions, performing gap analyses or working on the project. They are also familiar with both traditional and agile approaches to project management and they act as agile coaches. Our project management processes are designed in line with the standards of PMI or PITPM.
