adesso is looking to strengthen and promote women in the IT sector with the She for IT initiative. An key building block for doing so is the women’s employee journey: our vision of a gender-fair adesso culture. We’re working step-by-step to put these measures into practice in the employee journey at adesso. And our goal is for every woman to be able use our guidelines to orientate herself at every step of her adesso journey and continue on her ‘adesso journey’.
The She for IT podcast is an important mouthpiece for this initiative. The focus of the podcast is on IT and the digital transformation – with a particularly feminine flair.
