Our goal for the benefits management system of the future
The goal of the adesso smile product platform is to work with cost bearers (statutory and private health insurance providers) and their service providers to establish an open and integrative system for comprehensive benefits management. In the initial step, the software will include the authoritative control of hospital billing audits for DRG and PEPP-related billing as well as for pre- and post-inpatient, outpatient and specialist treatments.
The new software solution’s high degree of innovation will make it fundamentally different from existing product solutions in the target market. The goal is to provide an innovative and modern product platform that perfectly supports all legal requirements (MDK-Reformgesetz (Reform Law of the German Health Insurance Medical Service)), integrates new technologies (such as artificial intelligence) for sustainable audit success (savings and automation) and is also open and flexibly expandable. This will lead to significant improvements in hospital billing audits.
