adesso AG recorded the most successful financial year in its 20-year history in 2016. The IT service provider’s sales rose by 33 % to EUR 260.4 million, while operating earnings increased by 61 % to EUR 23.1 million. Once again, the majority of sales growth – 19 % – was generated organically in 2016 and above all in Germany. Sales increased in all of adesso’s core sectors.
The Executive Board and Supervisory Board will once again propose a 20 % increase in dividends to EUR 0.36 per share to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. In view of the ambitious growth strategy, the IT service provider expects sales and earnings figures to rise even further in financial year 2017.
