adesso-internal event formats such as our Agile Days, TechRefresh4Consultants series or Testing Days promote the professional and technological exchange within our company. These events give all employees the opportunity to inform themselves about current technologies, to learn from experts in their fields or to present interesting topics themselves.

We support our employees in their participation in certification measures. One focus, for example, is certification in the technology standards of Oracle and Microsoft, but also in the area of project management or as part of our internal training program for Software Architects and Project Managers.
